San Fransisco, CA, May 20th, 2016 — Judges for the 2016 Gold Nugget Awards have named The Prive Home at Ciel as an Award of Merit winner in its annual competition, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the United States and internationally.
The Prive, also known as Ciel 10, was designed by architect Jason Weil of Retro+Fit Design LLC in association with the Project Developer, David Zimmerman of AIBL Invest LLC. Retro+Fit Design LLC earned its Merit honors for Ciel 10, which was honored for the Custom Home 4000-8000 s.f. category.
Chosen from the elite pool of Merit Award winners, Grand Awards will be announced on June 23 as a feature highlight of PCBC®, the nation’s largest regional conference and trade show for the real estate development field.
Located in Asheville NC, Ciel 10 is a custom developer spec home. Ciel 10 is a dramatic mountain home that captures the stunning views of downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains beyond. Contributors to this project include:
