The Privé continues to win awards for it’s design in Asheville, North Carolina. Jason Weil of Retro+Fit Design worked closely with David Zimmerman, the developer of Ciĕl, to incorporate Modern Design and exceptional living on Elk Mountain Scenic Highway. The home offers an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, 4 large terraces, an in home theatre, a full floor Master Suite including a beautiful living area with private access to a South Facing Terrace and a wet bar, two guest suites with their very own living area and guest kitchen. In 2015, during the final stages of construction and finishing the home was presented with the 2015 Parade of Homes Green Certification Award, awarded by the Asheville Home Builders Association.
